Some nights I still feel her at my side
Last December I lost one of my RL cats. It was a sudden and unexpected sickness that took her from me at the age of 7. I was, and still am somewhat, completely devastated by this loss.

Recently I was looking over the Secondlife Destination guide and a new to me entry caught my eye. Peace Valley Pet Cemetary

As one of my coping methods 12 years ago when I lost the cat I grew up with was to create an online webpage sight for memorials I thought setting Mystique up one at this location would be good for me. So therefor I went over and found an available spot, procured it and set up her memorial.

With just 20 prims I managed something nice. And they even let me set up an item that will give the URL to the page I created for her on my Rainbow bridge pages.

Her plot is at
http://slurl.com/secondlife/Peace%20Valley/197/155/50 WIth out meaning to I had managed to get a plot next to a lovely wooded area with a pond. I am quite pleased with the area. IT's very peaceful.

The entry gate

Roaming the plots. I wanted one of the 20 prim plots and the closer plots had less prims

Her plot before..

ANd after I was done.

The vase on the pillar has the script to click to get to her webpage

The path right next to her plot to the forest area

Wide shot of the cemetery and church. They have a rose garden as well, which I found AFTER I finished with my Memorial

That is so beautiful. I plan on visiting tonight when I come inworld and looking for a place that I can 'lay' my fur-children to rest as well.

It's a lovely area. I haven't heard back from the manager yet about getting two more plots. Lots of empty plots but people are still paying for them so I don't know what the manager will do about them.
